This includes meeting and conference planning, sending invitations, prepare correspondence, tracking event participants, preparing meeting minutes, conference distribution material, presentations, make security arrangements, facilities management, marketing and outreach, support for catering including official breakfast, luncehon and participant meals, and A/V to ensure smooth event arrangement. Our staff performs cost calculations and comparison for routes and itineraries prior to making flight reservations for national and international travel, preparing visa applications, reviewing travel restrictions, making hotel reservations, in-city destination transportation, arrange pick up. For post travel support, our staff prepares travel expenses for submission for agency supervisors and travelers.
